Base pay range : $50,000.00 / yr - $70,000.00 / yr

Ralph Sellers Auto Group, a multi-line new & used vehicle family-owned auto group, has immediate openings for full-time Automotive Office applicants to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with dealership experience who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
• Maintain accounting schedules by verifying and posting account transactions
• Verify all deal documentation for accuracy and compliance to process registration and titling of the vehicles
• Calculate vehicle sales / purchase records and monthly commissions
• Remit finance products and cancellations
• Reconcile bank statements, floorplan accounts, and manufacturer schedules
• Accounts Payable / Receivable
• Title Work, Dealer Trades, and Wholesales
• Participate in cross training with other members of the accounting team
