🚀 We’re Hiring : Product Research Associate 2

Location : Beaverton, OR

Duration : 12 Months

Role Overview :

As a Product Research Associate 2 in the Sport Research Lab, you’ll play a key role in executing both applied and basic research studies aimed at creating innovative and high-performance footwear, apparel, and equipment. You’ll be responsible for leading testing sessions with athletes, analyzing data, and collaborating with our perception scientists to deliver impactful performance insights.

đź“ť Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct research studies, both applied and basic, in support of new product development.
  • Lead product testing sessions with athletes, acting as the "face" of the team.
  • Follow prescribed procedures and methodology under the guidance of perception scientists.
  • Become proficient in using the research tools and technologies employed by the Sport Research Lab.

🔍 Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Psychology, Behavior, or a related field.
  • Experience : 2-4 years in product testing, preferably with human subjects.
  • Preferred : A clinical background is a great fit.
  • Skills :
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow complex instructions.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience performing research with human subjects is preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively with visiting athletes – you’ll be leading the testing for new products.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Balance professionalism with being personable and approachable.

    • 🌟 Ideal Candidate Will Also Have :

  • A background in sensory testing or human-focused research.
  • Experience interacting with athletes or research subjects.
  • A passion for innovation in sport and performance.
