Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced, Senior or Lead Procurement Agent to join our Phantom Works team in St. Charles, Missouri.

Position Responsibilities - Experienced Level 3 :

• Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies
• Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions
• Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
• Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management
• Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
• Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies

Position Responsibilities - Lead Level 5 :

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position is for 1st shift. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) : More than 3 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and / or Procurement practices and processes.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) : Bachelor's degree or higher. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.

Typical Education / Experience : Experienced Level 3 : Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. Senior Level 4 : Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. Lead Level 5 : Typically 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Position may require travel up to 10% of the time. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range for Experienced Level 3 : $74,800 - $92,400 Summary pay range for Senior Level 4 : $95,200 - $117,600 Summary pay range for Lead Level 5 : $117,300 - $144,900 Applications for this position will be accepted until Nov. 01, 2025.
