FP&A Analyst

A company is looking for a FP&A Analyst to join their Finance department.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and improve the company's budget and forecasts

Deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly reporting of company performance vs. budget

Drive strategic initiatives through cross-functional business partnering and analytical insight

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in an analytical role with Excel model building

Prior work experience in corporate FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting preferred

BA / BS degree or equivalent required

Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with AI-assisted analytics tools

Familiarity with Python, R, or similar languages is a plus
