About the Role

As a Host at The Dime, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and help set the tone for their dining experience. You’ll warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure smooth service. This role is perfect for someone with a friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional welcome.

Manage reservations using the seating system.

Communicate wait times clearly and keep guests updated.

Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries.

Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area.

Qualifications

Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.

Strong communication skills and professional appearance.

Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented.

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
