ABOUT THE ROLE

Amrize is recruiting for a full-time Aggregate Mobile Mechanic for its Oklahoma Aggregate locations, which will be based out of Stringtown Quarry.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• As directed and guided by the Operations Manager, the responsibilities of the position include the following :
• Maintains, inspects, and repairs mobile equipment according to instructions, equipment manuals, etc. Maintenance on plant equipment may also be performed.
• Inspects mobile and plant equipment to ensure it does not require repair and disassembles and repairs machinery or equipment by replacing worn or broken parts.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance on mobile and plant equipment by following the manufacturer's recommended service intervals and internal equipment reliability experience.
• Inspection of the condition and operation of the plant and mobile equipment, and perform necessary repairs and adjustments.
• Provides leadership and / or guidance to less experienced mechanics on more complex or heavier assignments. Coordinate work to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely manner and in order of priority.
• May train new employees
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
