Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic role that welcomes new grads and first-time travelers.

Responsibilities

  • Position is based in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Patient population is diverse, including all ages and conditions such as post-op, vestibular cases, and industrial testing
  • Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week, with a typical caseload of 12-14 patients per day
  • Follow-up visits may be double-booked
  • 8-hour day shifts
  • Expectation to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Floating to other clinics may be required
  • No call or on-call responsibilities
  • Main responsibilities include evaluating and treating a variety of outpatient cases
  • OT must be approved by the director before being worked
  • Team members should be comfortable with double-booked follow-up appointments
  • This position does not accept Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA)
  • Local candidates will be considered
  • No specific dress code or scrub color requirements stated

    • Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapist license required if applicable
  • Outpatient experience is preferred
  • New graduates are accepted
  • First-time travelers will be considered
