What You Will Do

• Work alongside Manufacturing Electrical Engineers, test technicians, production floor operators, and manufacturing support staff to resolve test, product flow, quality, ergonomic, and safety issues.
• Collect, prepare, and assist in analyzing test failures for root-cause analysis and aid in corrective actions.
• Aid or lead site-support initiatives from a technical perspective.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Benefits and Compensation

The salary range for this role is USD 37,000 – 82,000. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent on the specific business unit and any collective-bargaining agreement.
