About the Role

We're seeking compassionate, bilingual professionals to join our team as a bilingual Youth Care Worker , supporting youth in a structured and nurturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents and who thrive in hands-on, people-centered work.

Key Things To know about this role :

Pay : $21.21 / hour (Bi-weekly pay)

Location : 7404 Hwy 90 West, San Antonio, TX

Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Shift : 2 PM – 8 PM (Evenings)

Travel : Will need to commute to the on-site location.

What We're Looking For

• ? High School Diploma or GED
• ? Minimum 1 year of experience in child welfare, youth services, or a related field
• ? Preferred : 2+ years of experience and / or formal training in human services

Must be fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
