Client Services Specialist Banking & Returns

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Client Services team, supporting the resolution of returned banking items while providing excellent service to clients. This role involves research, problem-solving, and communication with both clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Research and resolve returned banking items in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide quality customer service to clients and internal partners
• Educate clients on resolution processes and alternative service options
• Collaborate with mentors and team members to manage client issues through completion
• Process daily reports and updates to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Handle inbound phone calls and meet departmental service standards
• Stay current with training, policies, and regulations (including NACHA and FDCPA)
