Overview
Job Title : Telecom Mechanic 1
Work Location : Wichita, KS
Secret Clearance Required
Pay : $29.32 + 5.09 (H&W)
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain government-owned telephony switches (PBX).
- Troubleshooting and repair of switch issues
- Software updates and patching
- Installation and configuration of switch hardware
- Daily operation monitoring
- Support for voicemail systems and IPE (Remote Intelligent Peripheral Equipment)
- Utilize company vehicle to travel to remote locations weekly
- Ensure switch systems remain fully operational and compliant with DoD / Navy standards
- Other duties as assigned
