Description
The Role : Performs all Drop and Count duties in accordance with company policies, procedures and state gaming regulations.
Responsibilities :
1. Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests.
2. Removes BVA cans from slot machines and replaces them with empty cans.
3. Transport the BVA cans to and from the Count room.
4. Open the drop containers and count the money and tickets. Verifies documentation of drop and count of money and tickets.
Qualifications :
Language Skills : Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, customers, and the public.
Mathematical Skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
