Duration : 14-week Contract

Shift : 12-hour Nights | 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate : $1,152 - $1,260; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a 14-week night shift contract in Concord, NH . The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care under the direction of registered nurses and medical staff. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to make a difference while enjoying the flexibility of contract work.

Responsibilities :

• Provide basic bedside care including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities
• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to RN or physician
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with facility policies and state / federal regulations
• Assist with wound care, catheterizations, and other nursing procedures as directed
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Support patients and their families by providing emotional support and health education
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols
