Job Title - Epic Resolute Application Specialist

About Position : The Epic Resolute Application Specialist is responsible for building, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing billing and revenue cycle functionality within the Epic modules. This role bridges operational teams (finance, billing, and front desk) with IT to translate revenue workflows into accurate system configurations and process improvements. This position supports user adoption, delivers training, and drives system enhancements aligned with organizational and compliance goals. The specialist also actively participates in upgrades, testing, and cross-training initiatives with the Cadence / MyChart Application Specialist to ensure scheduling and billing workflows are fully integrated and optimized.

Qualifications -
Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, health information management, healthcare administration, or related field, preferred.
Required : 2–5 years of experience working with Epic Resolute Billing or other EHR billing modules, including charge capture, claims processing, payment posting, and denial management.
Preferred : Experience in at least one full Epic implementation lifecycle.
Experience leading or mentoring others.
Experience in a CHC, FQHC, or value-based care environment.
Current / valid License : Epic Professional Billing and / or Hospital Billing certification required within 9 months of hire if not already obtained; Cross training in modules is required.
Immunizations : Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment
Pay Range - $66,489 - $89,355
