ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jimmy Fay - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage the risks of everyday life. You will develop detailed knowledge of financial products and the sales process. Using That knowledge base you will take a sales-mined consultative approach to educating prospects on their financial options.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goalsDevelop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.QUALIFICATIONS :
Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty along with Life / Health & Annuities licenses prior to start date.Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.BENEFITS :
