Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial restoration and renovation projects. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing crews on active restoration job sites, understands the complexities of MEP system replacement, and is skilled in working within partially occupied or damaged buildings. Equipment operation training and the ability to lead with a safety-first mindset are essential. This role is critical in delivering safe, high-quality, and on-time outcomes in challenging environments.
