Responsibilities :

  • Accurately input and update data in Microsoft Excel and other internal systems.

  • Handle high volumes of data entry tasks while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to support shared goals and ensure seamless operations.
  • Organize and maintain records to ensure data integrity and easy accessibility.
  • Assist in generating reports and verifying information for accuracy.
  • Adapt to new processes and systems, ensuring efficient workflows.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment while completing independent assignments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Previous experience in data entry or customer support is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Experience in the ocean or transportation industry is a plus but not mandatory.
