• What a Typical Day Looks Like
• Start your morning with a quick team huddle at the shop get the day's game plan and gear up!
• Head out with your crew to various job sites every day is a little different.
• Duties include mowing, trimming, mulching, weed-pulling, shrub pruning, and keeping equipment in top shape.
• Stay active, stay outdoors, and help bring landscapes to life!
• Who We're Looking For
• You're punctual, hardworking, and take pride in your work.
• You're a team player who leads by example and keeps morale high.
• You follow instructions, communicate clearly, and can hustle through the day rain or shine.
• Experience is a plus, but if youve got the attitude and drive well train you.
• Requirements / Must-Haves
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Able to work 40+ hours / week, including occasional overtime.
• Comfortable working in varied weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work on multiple sites weekly.

• Competitive pay : $18$28 / hr based on experience.
