📋 Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support the dental assistant team
  • Train and coach assistants to maintain consistent, high-quality care
  • Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures
  • Take dental impressions and digital scans (iTero preferred)
  • Oversee and perform sterilization of instruments per OSHA / HIPAA standards
  • Collaborate with the clinical team for smooth daily operations
  • Welcome and prepare patients for procedures

  • Licensed RDA in Texas (required)
  • 1+ year experience in a Lead RDA role
  • Proven success mentoring and developing dental assistants
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
