Collaborate with community agencies to enhance outreach and educational efforts. Develop and deliver group and individual education sessions using culturally and linguistically appropriate materials. Continuously update knowledge through in-services, conferences, and other educational opportunities. Create and adapt educational curriculums and materials, ensuring they are effective and appropriate for diverse audiences. Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with departmental standards. Participate in health fairs and community events to promote health and nutrition awareness. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dietician education, chronic disease management, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Dietician, Dietetics, Health Science, or a related field. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. Passion for community health and commitment to the healthcare needs of underserved populations. Ability to interface with multiple technical and business teams. Familiarity with information systems, clinical software, and other computer applications. Strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to troubleshoot problems, research alternatives, and manage projects effectively.
