Principal duties and responsibilities :

• Ensures the delivery of safe, high quality, patient centric care while continually evaluating care deliver against ChristianaCare’s strategic aims.
• Review and evaluate patient experience, report on existing state and build / implement / run a robust sustainable plan to improve outcomes.
• Build and maintain through collaborative interdisciplinary relationships, drive efficiencies for optimum delivery of care to the community.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, direction, motivation and career development of the nursing leadership team to ensure their professional / career growth.
• Actively participate in the development and modification of campus and system-wide patient care programs and procedures that describe how the nursing care needs of the patient populations are assessed, evaluated and met.

Annual Compensation Range $152,027.20 - $243,235.20

This pay rate / range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
