Inventory and Financial Analyst

A company is looking for an Inventory and Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance oversight of inventory management activities across multiple 3PL warehouses

Assist with monitoring, auditing, and reconciling inventory transactions within NetSuite and warehouse management systems

Coordinate and observe physical inventory counts and cycle counts, including variance investigation and resolution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field

5+ years of experience in inventory control, internal audit, or supply chain operations

Working knowledge of NetSuite (or similar ERP system) and warehouse management systems

Knowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit practices

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reconciliations, variance analysis)
