Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies

Maintain accurate vehicle files and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment

Meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls and processing 60+ live lots daily

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role

High school diploma or GED

Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
