Location : This position is responsible for Clatsop and part of Tillamook County

Job Description :

The Speech Therapist manages and provides skilled speech / language pathology to patients / clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient / client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient / client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications :

Master's Degree from an accredited Speech / Language Pathology Program, Or

Ph.D. from an accredited Speech / Language Pathology Program or equivalent education / experience.

Coursework / Training : Specialized speech / language pathology training to meet a particular department need.

Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.

Within 30 days of hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Occasionally a position will require specialized speech / language pathology experience to meet a particular department need.
