What You Will Do :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Operations and Logistics Coordinator to join our Global Tax Team in a full-time capacity. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in tax or finance operations, executive support, budget management, and cross-functional coordination.

You will play a pivotal role in managing departmental operations, supporting budget analysis, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth logistical execution across tax-related functions.

What We Look For : Required :

Hiring Salary Range : $57,000 -$72,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This will be a hybrid position at our Glendale, WI office. Requires 3 days in office.
