Construction Project Manager – Multifamily Housing

My client, a well-established and reputable Commercial General Contractor in Cleveland, OH , is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in multifamily housing construction .
This company is known for its strong reputation, long-standing client relationships, and consistent pipeline of ground-up and redevelopment projects throughout Northeast Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience leading multifamily builds from preconstruction through closeout , managing budgets, schedules, and teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects , typically ranging from $10M – $50M .
- Lead all phases of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication .
- Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, and project documentation.
- Track project progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents and Project Executives to maintain workflow and profitability.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or multifamily construction .Proven ability to manage projects from preconstruction through completion .Strong understanding of budget control, scheduling software, and construction documents .Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management platforms .Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (not required).Why Join :
