💰 $100,000 – $130,000 + Benefits + Bonus (DOE)

My client, a well-established and reputable Commercial General Contractor in Cleveland, OH , is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in multifamily housing construction .

This company is known for its strong reputation, long-standing client relationships, and consistent pipeline of ground-up and redevelopment projects throughout Northeast Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience leading multifamily builds from preconstruction through closeout , managing budgets, schedules, and teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects , typically ranging from $10M – $50M .
• Lead all phases of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication .
• Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track project progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents and Project Executives to maintain workflow and profitability.
