Position Overview
The Bilingual Branch Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and leading business operations within a specific geographic area. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English and combines leadership, sales, and community engagement to ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow new and existing client accounts.
Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calls, sales presentations, competitive analysis, and proposals.
Build and manage relationships with prospects, active clients, and inactive accounts.
Act as the lead sales resource for assigned accounts, creating detailed account plans and strategies.
Partner with branch staff and headquarters to ensure seamless product knowledge, implementation, and service delivery.
Drive the sales cycle to meet or exceed revenue goals and profit expectations.
Analyze client needs and recommend workforce solutions tailored to their business.
Represent Surge Staffing at networking and community events to increase brand recognition.
Document all business and sales activity in the company database and prepare activity reports.
Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly to client and prospect needs.
Perform other duties as necessary to support branch success.
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of proven outside sales experience, ideally in consultative, solution-oriented sales.
Strong business development skills, including cold calling, presentations, and closing techniques.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet research.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, influence, and motivate others.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service mindset with a focus on long-term relationship building.
Familiarity with the surrounding area and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
