Role Description

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pre & Post-Op

Ambulatory Surgical Center

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RN or LPN to join our team at our Ambulatory Surgical Center. This role focuses on providing exceptional pre-operative and post-operative care to patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct pre-operative assessments, including patient history, vital signs, and medication review.
• Provide education and instructions to patients and families regarding procedures, anesthesia, and post-op care.
• Monitor patients before surgery to ensure readiness and comfort.
• Deliver safe, efficient post-operative care, including monitoring recovery, managing pain, and addressing complications.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
