- Normal business hours : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
- Overtime requirement : Two evening shifts per week (non-negotiable) and one weekend day each week

This full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) role is based in Frederick, MD , supporting customers through phone, email, live chat, and text to help them select and purchase engagement rings and fine jewelry.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer support and product guidance through inbound calls, chat, and email.Learn and communicate product details about diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry craftsmanship.Assist customers with orders, payments, and post-purchase inquiries.Promote company benefits and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in a fast-paced retail environment.Qualifications :
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service required.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours and maintain reliable attendance.Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
