Role and Responsibilities

• EMS Provider Candidate will be required to attend and successfully complete EMT training. Once EMT certification is obtained, you will have EMT responsibilities while obtaining your paramedic certification.
• Through classroom instruction and practical training, recruits study EMS procedures.
• Learn how to respond and provide care with specialized medical equipment.
• Learn how to respond and treat medical and trauma related emergencies.
• Duties will also include training, administrative and clerical functions, as well as station duties.
• Within established deadline, the EMS Provider Candidate will be required to become certified by DSHS.
• Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner at all times when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Preferred Skills

Prefer Candidate to have computer skills, interpersonal skills, and a strong belief in customer centricity.
