Salary : About the Role :
We are looking for a highly organized and detail- orientedBookkeeper / data entryto join our finance team. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling billing discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely billing operations. The ideal candidate will have a accounting background, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately prepare, review, and process customer invoices
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues with internal teams or clients
- Maintain and update billing records and documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and adjustments
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure proper reporting and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to billing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a billing / bookkeeper or in a similar finance / accounting roleAccounting background and understanding of billing processesProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong plusExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and organizational abilities
