Global Leadership Development Associate

Your role and responsibilities

Are you interested in an advanced, entry-level position where you will have the opportunity to work on and lead multiple international projects within a growing organization? Look no further as that is exactly what our Global Leadership Development Program offers.

With our Global Leadership Development Program, you will get to know the company from the inside, build a broad base of knowledge and skills while developing an extensive internal network of colleagues, positioning you for future opportunities.

In this 24 month developmental role (start date flexible), you will carry out important projects in different departments. You'll also have the opportunity to work on an international project at one of our TVH locations abroad.

You will receive comprehensive training to ensure progress in both personal and professional development.

You will be given project guidance from senior management and you'll have the ongoing support of a personal mentor throughout the program.

During the course of the program we mutually determine the best fit for your next role, to set you up for success and to further build your career within TVH.

Essential functions for this role include :

Exposure to several facets of TVH business operations through job assignments to various departments in the organization

Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes

Willing to work in a variety of job assignments to to get to know end to end processes in different functions

You will use analytical and critical thinking skills to apply to assigned duties

You will be exposed to higher management / leadership in the projects you will conduct

Master degree

0-2 years of working experience (Preferred)

Fluency in English
