This role will be in Venice and will report to the General Manager while serving various clients in that area.

What You Will Do :

• Supervise and support Fertilization Spray Technicians across assigned routes and client portfolios.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily fertilization and chemical application activities to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Ensure technicians are properly trained in mixing, application techniques, and equipment operation.
• Conduct daily team huddles to review safety, routes, and expectations.
• Observe field performance regularly to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of service.
• Manage Aspire scheduling, time tracking, and job completion for all fertilization work.
• Enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols, PPE use, and state / federal chemical handling regulations.
• Ensure all client properties are treated to Sunrise Landscape's quality and safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance, calibration, and readiness of all fertilization and spray equipment, including trucks, trailers, hoses, and zero-turn spray machines.
