Fertilization / Pest Control Manager

This role will be in Venice and will report to the General Manager while serving various clients in that area.
What You Will Do :
- Supervise and support Fertilization Spray Technicians across assigned routes and client portfolios.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily fertilization and chemical application activities to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Ensure technicians are properly trained in mixing, application techniques, and equipment operation.
- Conduct daily team huddles to review safety, routes, and expectations.
- Observe field performance regularly to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of service.
- Manage Aspire scheduling, time tracking, and job completion for all fertilization work.
- Enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols, PPE use, and state / federal chemical handling regulations.
- Ensure all client properties are treated to Sunrise Landscape's quality and safety standards.
- Oversee maintenance, calibration, and readiness of all fertilization and spray equipment, including trucks, trailers, hoses, and zero-turn spray machines.

What You Bring To Us :
Minimum of 35 years of experience in fertilization, pest control, or turf / ornamental management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.Previous operation of a hose & reel AND zero-turn spray machine required of GI-BMP standards.Strong technical understanding of fertilizer, herbicide, pesticide, and disease management programs.Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.Ability to perform field visits and inspections in various weather conditions.Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to client sites.Familiarity with Aspire software a plus!Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.Additional Information :
