Job Description

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Information Technology Technician to provide comprehensive onsite technical support across a diverse campus environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional services across hardware, software, networking, and audiovisual (AV) technologies. This role requires a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively with team members, and ensures a seamless technology experience for end users.

Key Responsibilities

End-User Support :

• Provide frontline support for faculty, staff, and students across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and classroom AV equipment.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and escalations in a timely manner through the ITSM ticketing system.
• Assist with account management, password resets, software installations, and configuration tasks.
