High Concrete is currently searching for a Project Manager intern for the Summer of 2026, this is a Monday-Friday 1st shift summer internship. Located at High Concrete in Denver, PA.

The Project Manager Intern will assist staff in a variety of projects and will be exposed to multiple areas of the project management department. These areas include, but are not limited to, planning, scheduling and administration of projects, learning basics of precast concrete products, visiting job sites and working side by side with a Project Manager to learn the ins and outs of project management! The interns will also be involved in various production activities and will learn the daily activities of a precast production facility. Throughout the internship you will work across multiple functions.

This is a paid internship. Located at High Concrete in Denver, PA.

Responsibilities :

  • Learn how to complete submittals and subcontract
  • Attend design meetings and customer meetings
  • Coordinate and work with General Contractors
  • Complete project site visits
  • Keep track of site progress to ensure proper delivery of projects
  • Learn how project job costs and profit margins
  • Will be assigned a specific project to work on to improve an process or application
  • Gain an overall general understanding and experience what a Project Manager's role entails.

Qualifications :

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Construction Management, Business or Engineering Fields
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred
  • Candidate should be in or entering their Junior / Senior year
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Interpersonal skills in working with all areas of the Company required
