General Maintenance

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineering Technician to support a 24 / 7 operational facility in Dayton, OH. This is a full-time position with on-call responsibilities, providing critical support for building operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance and be capable of responding to emergency situations, performing general repairs, and supporting on-site staff needs.

Pay $20.60 an hour : or The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

1st shift position 7 : 30am-4pm - will have company phone and be on call for emergencies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary technician on-site at the designated facility.
• Inspection of Fire Extinguishers and Emergency Lighting, HVAC Knowledge a plus, drywall repair, light plumbing, inspect restrooms, (fix or replace toilets / faucets), Fix gates, doors),
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and support on-call HVAC technicians.
• Perform general building maintenance including :

Minor plumbing repairs
