We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in the Engineering industry. This permanent role requires a highly organized individual who can handle a variety of tasks in an evolving and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking costs, forecasting budgets, managing contracts and invoices, and handling financial reporting. This role is not just about crunching numbers - it's about providing strategic financial insights that will drive our business forward.

Responsibilities :

Monitor and track project costs to ensure they align with budgeted expectations.
Produce accurate and timely financial reports for senior management, highlighting key trends and potential risks.
Forecast and prepare annual budgets, in conjunction with department heads.
Review and manage contracts, invoices, purchase orders, check requests, and vendor payments.
Liaise with contractors to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
Utilize Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, to analyze financial data and produce reports.
Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline financial processes and procedures.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar financial analyst role, preferably within the Engineering industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Proven experience in tracking costs, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Experience managing contracts, invoices, purchase orders, check requests, and vendor payments.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with contractors.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data to provide strategic insights.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
