Supply Planning Specialist

Join our Supply & Demand Planning Team and play a critical role in ensuring the availability of raw materials and finished goods to support global manufacturing and distribution. You’ll balance supply and demand, optimize inventory, and collaborate across functions to keep our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and execute supply and capacity plans to meet forecasted demand.
• Analyze demand, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, commercial, and regulatory teams to support product launches and changes.
• Monitor KPIs, manage inventory, and provide scenario planning for supply options.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and on-time delivery.
