Position :

  • Program Specialist  Reports To :  Senior Director of MSP  Status : Full-time / Exempt  Location :  San Francisco, CA  Position Summary : The Program Specialist acts as an extension of our client’s Talent Acquisition, Procurement and HR teams.
  • The Program Specialist is trusted with the day-to-day operations activities and success of the program by ensuring smooth delivery, generating positive business outcomes, and building strong relationships within the company.  Responsibilities  Be the day-to-day liaison between client’s team members and Eastridge  Provide on-site training and support to client’s team members, suppliers, and contingent workers  Implement quality and customer service standards  Ensure client and Eastridge stakeholders are kept up-to-date with timely communications, and provide contingent worker program reporting and metrics  Build meaningful relationships with client’s team members, contingent workers, and staffing suppliers  Identify challenges and proactively offer possible solutions  Monitor the success and growth of the contingent workforce program by proactively resolving any areas for improvement  Improve requisition performance by iterating the recruitment process with suppliers, hiring managers, and client’s HR team  Run and manage weekly status meeting with client’s HR team, hiring managers and suppliers to include an overview of performance and a forecast of trends  Ensure on-going training of hiring managers on program and policies, requisition entry, candidate review and contractor time approval in the VMS  Provide oversight and support for multiple client programs, ensuring consistent delivery, compliance, and alignment with overall program goals.    Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes  Interacting face-to-face with customers  Ensuring accountability across all stakeholders  Working autonomously without frequent supervision  Juggling and resolving many open items at the same time  Creating raving fans by delivering world-class customer service  Volunteering for additional responsibility, especially when not asked  Analyzing data and providing actionable information to stakeholders  Asserting yourself in a professional and respectful manner, especially with hiring managers and suppliers   Describe yourself as having a fanatical attention to detail  Demonstrate integrity and creativity with each interaction  Deliver high impact trainings via face-to-face and webinars  Communicate in a thoughtful, effective, and concise manner  Act with humility, crave feedback, and are open to new ideas  Practice great listening skills to build and enhance relationships  Take ownership by tenaciously following up and following through on open items  Act as a leader and change agent, instilling comfort and confidence in your audience  Work hard to accomplish deliverables, especially when duty calls before or after traditional working hours    Work Environment and Physical Demands  Professional office environment.   This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to engage in professional and interpersonal written and verbal communications with a wide variety of individuals including, employees, customers, vendors, managers and others.   In accordance with the requirements of a typical office work environment, the employee will be required to attend meetings in person and / or by phone / video conferencing, use keyboards, keypads, dial pads etc., Some overhead reaching, bending and twisting, as per usual office environment and functions.  This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.    Travel  Travel is expected approximately 5% locally for this position.    Qualifications  2-3 years of MSP program management would be a plus  2-3 years of Recruiting / Talent Acquisition or Account Mgmt. desired  Demonstrated previous accountability across all stakeholders  Able to work autonomously without frequent supervision  Previous experience dealing with multiple projects at once  Analyzing data and providing actionable information to stakeholders  Asserting yourself in a professional and respectful manner, especially with hiring managers and suppliers   Excellent communication skills  Other Duties  Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
