Master's preferredCurrent New Jersey RN LicensureBLS required. (American Heart Association)Eating Disorder experience preferred but not requiredPsychiatric nursing experience requiredNursing leadership experience preferredScheduling Requirements : Full Time 40 hours per weekEssential Functions : Staff includes RN's, CNA's & Unit Secretaries.20 bed Eating Disorder Unit cares for adolescents and adults with eating disorders (ages 14-17 and 18 and up)Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of Eating Disorder UnitAn integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at RWJ SomersetResponsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care This individual is responsible to have 24 / 7 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfaction.Other Duties : Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
