Randall Mechanical is currently seeking a top-tier Revit Detailer with hands-on experience in modeling piping and ductwork systems for mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC trades. This role will support our VDC team in the creation of detailed fabrication, coordination, and installation drawings for large commercial projects. The position is based on-site at our headquarters in Apopka, FL .

Essential Functions

• Develop fabrication- and installation-ready MEP models using Revit.
• Focus on modeling piping and ductwork systems across a variety of disciplines (mechanical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Produce clear, accurate, detailed and constructible shop drawings from contract documents.
• Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to ensure accuracy, constructability, and adherence to project standards.
• Support coordination processes using Navisworks and Revizto (preferred but not required).
• Participate in internal clash reviews and address coordination issues where needed.
• Work within established project schedules and document control processes.
• Assist in creating final as-built drawings when required.
• Experience in producing spool drawings for a fabrication shop is a plus.

Physical Requirements

This is primarily an office position and, as such, you must be able to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hour workday, lift light objects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, and objects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job.
