Position Summary

Identify and implement processes aimed at improving the overall efficiency of the plant operations. This role focuses on process technology, equipment optimization, and plant capital improvement projects.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Mold Shop personnel and ensure metrics are met.
• Develop and implement process technology to minimize variation and optimize manufacturing while reducing costs.
• Maximize efficiency by analyzing equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization.
• Support technical teams in root-cause analysis for equipment downtime.
• Provide technical skill, knowledge, and judgment related to product quality.
• Offer technical input and support in equipment and tool advancement.
• Manage and lead plant capital improvement projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Performance Measures and Outcomes

Education and Certification

Level Required : Bachelor's Degree in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.

Travel Requirements

5% – 10% travel. Valid driver's license required. Motor Vehicle Report required.
