Executive Director Responsibilities & Requirements :
- Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration or closely related field preferred Bachelor’s Degree considered with extensive applicable experience 3-5 years of leadership experience in healthcare preferably in hospice Must be able to demonstrate an effective form of communication, professionalism, and organizational skills Experience with multiple sites is highly preferred Requires the ability to travel Must have reliable vehicle / transportation, valid driver’s license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle Demonstrate the ability to direct, guide, lead, and support staff Ensure appropriate data collection and accurately generate reports Collaborate with agencies and vendors for effective management of services Establish and implement an overall growth strategy Demonstrate the ability to manage the financial resources of the company Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Overall responsibility for the success of the site Executive Director Schedule & Benefits : Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am-5 : 00 pm with after-hour work as needed.
