Operations Associate / Brokerage

A brokerage operations specialist supports internal and external customers to ensure operational excellence. Their responsibilities include :

• New account data processing
• Account transfers
• General service requests for money movements, account updates, reorganization instructions
• Preferred licenses series 7, 63, 99
• In depth understanding of brokerage clearing firm back office processes
• Ability to manage digital document processing and archiving
• Ability to work with a team in a high growth environment
• You can identify red flag behavior in customer accounts and escalate accordingly
• Disseminating margin calls
• Check processing
• Strong computer skills with the ability to grasp technology and train others on the effective use of firm and custodian systems
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
