Ability to follow directions, take feedback, and communicate effectively with both team members and customers. Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years old. Previous experience in automotive service or lot attendant roles is a plus, but not required. Greet customers warmly, assist with vehicle needs, and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout interactions. Wash and prepare customer vehicles for service using proper equipment and techniques. Install seat covers, floor mats, and inspect vehicles for damage before service. Deliver and retrieve vehicles for service appointments and assist in vehicle dispatching. Move vehicles in and out of the showroom and around the lot. Ensure all vehicles have correct information displayed, inspect for damage, and report as needed. Clean, detail, and organize vehicles, service areas, and the showroom. Shuttle customers to and from the dealership and assist the sales department with various tasks. Support the service team with other duties as assigned by management.
