Salary : $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems.
• Perform work with a strong focus on safety.
• Maintain a professional image.
• Stock, clean, and maintain company issued vehicle.
• Complete all demand and non-demand HVAC in-home service calls.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Complete rooftop, furnace, and air conditioner installations.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers requirements.
• Ability to be on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Submit notes, photos, and receipts daily.
• Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces.
• Use of ladders for roof access.
• Be a motivated self-starter with a great attitude.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on commercial building systems and grounds.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems including controls and VFDs.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :

3 years HVAC experience

Experienced Commercial HVAC knowledge

Ability to work with / without supervision

Ability to work in a team environment

Good multi-tasking capability

Customer service orientated

Adaptable / Flexible

Well organized

Attention to detail

Shows initiative Technical

Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record

Ability to Problem Solve

Strong Customer Service Skills

Proficiency in basic math

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Experience with heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments

Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in mechanical work

Experience working as a service technician

Must be able to pass a criminal Background Screening and drug test.

TRAVEL : Some travel is required for this position; the employee must be willing to travel to surrounding job sites. TCFM will provide you with a vehicle and gas card.
