Your Mission

We're seeking a visionary Quality Systems Architect to construct and refine our entire quality management framework for our nascent Tier 1 automotive sector in Commerce City. Your work will be central to aligning with IATF 16949 standards and exceeding OEM quality expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the charge in embedding IATF 16 / MAQMSR across processes, ensuring compliance with detailed client requirements.
  • Oversee and advance the quality management system, ensuring all stages from supplier to product delivery meet high standards.
  • Synchronize PPAP completion alongside engineering and production units.
  • Educate and enable staff with in-depth knowledge of tools essential for quality initiatives such as APQP and FMEA.
  • Frontline coordinator for all quality evaluation activities, whether internal audits or client inspections.
  • Work integrally with various teams to assure all new products meet rigorous quality benchmarks.
  • Bolster continued refinement and advancement via structured problem-solving techniques.

What You Offer

  • Bachelor's level education in Engineering or related sectors.
  • Significant tenure, upward of 5 years, within automotive quality frameworks at a Tier 1 level.
  • Command over IATF 16 / MAQMSR principles and deployment techniques.
  • Know-how of key quality instruments and audit procedures characteristic to ISO standards.
  • Thermoplastic experience is a bonus, enhancing composite-centered expertise.
  • Track record of initiating and implementing quality-centric projects in evolving settings.
  • Characterized by strong leading abilities and hands-on technical prowess.
  • Accreditations like CQE or as a lead auditor would serve as beneficial.
  • Compensation

    Pay scale is $100,000-$150,000, determined by individual experience and expertise.
