HR Generalist

A global financial services firm is seeking an HR Generalist to join its expanding HR team. Supporting a team of HRBPs, this person will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, onboarding, flexible working requests, exit interviews, and general employee queries. This is a hybrid role, 3 days onsite in Boca Raton. Up to $90K annually with a discretionary bonus.

Job Description

Partner closely with HRBPs across the U.S.

Collaborate with Talent, L&D, Recruitment, HR Operations, and Compensation teams

Participate in global HR initiatives such as year-end compensation reviews and salary planning

Exposure to organizational change and global broking / commodities launches

Onsite in Boca Raton 3 days a week (you pick the days!)

Up to $90K+ discretionary bonus

The Successful Applicant

3-5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in financial services or a similarly dynamic industry

Strong understanding of U.S. employment legislation

Comfortable working independently and taking direction in a collaborative, personable culture

Experience supporting HRBPs and navigating matrixed environments

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Must be able to work 9-5 EST, hybrid in Boca Raton (3 days in office, flexible days)

Up to $90K+ discretionary bonus
