Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you'll manage the entire sales process—from initial outreach through close and expansion. You'll take full ownership of your book of business, engaging with customers wherever they are : on-site visits, trade shows, or direct outreach. Partnering closely with go-to-market and product teams, you'll turn curiosity into long-term customer relationships. This is a high-impact role for someone eager to shape and scale a sales motion in a fast-growing environment serving manufacturing and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery and qualification to negotiation and close.
Represent the company at trade shows, customer sites, and industry events—building relationships and driving pipeline growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across OEM headquarters, regional operations, and dealer networks.
Deliver engaging, consultative product demonstrations that align with customer goals and challenges.
Support partners in implementing and scaling solutions across their service networks.
Expand customer relationships beyond initial use cases into adjacent workflows such as RFP and CPQ.
Collaborate with go-to-market leadership to refine messaging, pricing, and objection handling while contributing to sales playbooks and scalable processes.
Partner with product teams to share insights on customer feedback, needs, and market trends.
Maintain accurate forecasts, activity records, and deal data in CRM and GTM tools.
Experience
4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or manufacturing sales.
Proven record of managing full-cycle deals and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience selling to both business and technical decision-makers in mid-market or enterprise accounts.
Strong storytelling and demo abilities, translating technical capabilities into business value.
Skilled in leveraging sales and GTM tools or AI platforms to enhance deal execution.
Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot or Attio.
Bonus : Background selling into manufacturing or industrial sectors.
