As Reddit continues to grow we are looking for a talented leader to take our Global Client Solutions practice to the next level. Global Client Solutions is an org of specialists who partner with our sales teams and their clients to act as catalysts to their success on Reddit. These teams marry their expertise in measurement, training and education, performance advertising, and creative strategy with their deep knowledge of Reddit to deliver scalable solutions that help brands create valuable connections with our users. The Global Client Solutions org works with global brands, regional brands, small businesses and their agencies across the Americas, Europe and Asia markets.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team that serves as a true cornerstone to our sales organization. The leader of this org will be a key pillar of Reddit's business strategy as we look towards scaling the function alongside the business.

Please note that this role will ideally be based in-person from one of our primary sales hubs in New York, San Francisco, or London.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a world-class team of people managers across Sales & Partner Enablement, Measurement, Creative Strategy and Performance Solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional monetization teams such as Large Customer Sales, Mid-Market, SMB, Agency Development, and Ads Product to ensure we always bring the best of Reddit to the market in a scalable way.
• Drive innovation and scalable solutions so the Global Client Solutions team can broaden their reach across more clients and more markets by using automation, new technology and global ideas. This includes evolving Reddit's Creative Strategy org, KarmaLab, into a strategic function built on creativity powered by automation, tools, and embracing technology versus artisanal work.
• Define the strategy and direction between in-house and first party versus outsourced and third party for measurement, enablement, creatives and other key drivers of our customers' value on Reddit. This includes balancing first party brand lift and incrementality with third party measurement solutions.
• Evolve the strategy and structure of the team as needed in support of these goals.
• Take new products to market in collaboration with the go to market team, serving as the voice of customers by identifying and translating patterns into actionable insights for Reddit Ads Product Management and Product Marketing.
• Represent Reddit at key industry events and conferences.
